Special towing information
Towing mirrors must be used (supplied if needed)
Extensive towing experience is required, please outline your towing experience in your booking request.
When arriving to pick up, if your vehicle cannot legally tow, your booking will not proceed. Please note that it is the hirers responsibility to ensure their vehicle can legally tow this van.

Yarrawonga, Cobram, Tocumwal, Eildon, Lake Hume all the way along the Murray and Ovens River
• Standard Hire - 3 days (minimum)
• Easter Weekend - 4 days (minimum)
• Melbourne Cup - 4 days (minimum)
• Xmas & January - 7 days (minimum)
We may be able to deliver and pick up from the local caravan parks (Yarrawonga/Mulwala) for $50 each way.
Hiring Rules
• CLEANING
We expect our van to be returned in the same condition as received otherwise a cleaning fee of up to $150 will be charged. Chemical toilet cassette must be emptied and cleaned prior to return. Cleaning products are provided under fridge oven. Remove all rubbish and empty the fridge
• DAMAGE
If damage happens, you must report it immediately - who, what, where and when will be required. Reporting forms supplied in the Caravan information folder.
• NO SMOKING
No smoking inside or around the van if doors and windows are open. (charges may apply for deep cleaning and loss of bookings whilst being cleaned)
• NO ANIMALS
No animals inside the van.
• NO ROASTING
No roasting meat in the oven.
• PORTABLE GAS COOKER (included)
A portable gas cooker is included for outdoor cooking. Cooker MUST be cleaned and packed away.
• INSURANCE
Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
• USED LINEN
All wet linen (used towels, face washers) to be placed in the shower.
• HIRER AGE
Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
Pricing
• Hire fee - Varies (starting from $70.00 per day)
• Service fee - $50.00 Camper - $80 Caravan
• Delivery - $50.00 each way (within 10km of Yarrawonga)
Cancelations
• Cancel 10 days prior to the booking and receive a FULL CREDIT. Alternatively refunds are available upon request minus admin fees. May take up to 30 days to process.
• Cancel between 4 to 10 days prior the start of the booking and receive 90% CREDIT. Booking fees will NOT be credited.
• Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will NOT be eligible for any credit or refund.
